STRANNIK Zipper

Stranger In A Strange Land

STRANNIK Zipper is a cyborg from the off-world colony of !kHAI-t@n He was raised in colonial burbclaves at the foot of the Lumrung mountains, between the desert and the sea - environments that he spent plenty of time in. He spent a short while at the desert cave monastery of Svatermanalaskpravomonast, where he was trained in their Jedi-like martial arts. He left to join the burbclave army to fight in the war for colonial independance. During the war, he was badly injured in a massive energy weapons attack, losing function in nearly half of his body. He was sent to the Standford University Space Port Hospital in L5 of Terra, specializing in cyber-reconstruction and nano-bot surgery, where he was fit with military grade parts, neuro-implants and dataports. He quickly learned the full use of the new faculties, and his data-mining and pattern recognition processing, got the attention of the BITF (The Burbclave Intelligence Task Force), where he was hired as an analyst and field operative. He was about to receive a promotion within the BITF, when he had a sudden memory loss due to the massive failure of one of his neural implants. He woke up in INSILICO, apparently burned by the BITF, but not recalling any details. While he is no longer able to access some of his more advanced pattern recognition functions, he is still a valuable independent contractor in various aspects of Security, Analysis, Tactical and Courier work, which he continues to do while investigating the cause of his memory loss - the key to which, he believes is somewhere in INSILICO...

specific recollections flashed upon his mind. It must have been
one hell of a party. His senses started to fade in from black.

"No, I must still be dreaming" He thought, "The lights and sounds
are wrong"

He forced his concentration a bit, feeling his tongue with his
teeth. This was no dream. His eyes opened wide. He was surrounded
by rusting metal cages, scraps, burning trash, the high walls of
buildings. He was in an alley of… Continue
